Advanced Wound Healing
A wound that is not healing properly may be complicated by underlying health conditions. Non-healing wounds can have serious health consequences and may adversely affect your quality of life.
Our team of advanced wound care specialists will work closely with you, your caregivers and physicians to heal your wound. You can expect to be seen weekly so that we may continually assess your progress. We provide support, instruction, education and develop a plan to prevent future reoccurrence.
If you or a loved one has a wound that is of concern or is not healing properly, we encourage you to visit the Faith Community Wound Clinic for an evaluation. We are located at 215 Chisholm Trail in Jacksboro.
To schedule an appointment, call 940-567-4054. Wound care is covered by Medicare and most insurances. Physician referral may not be required.

COVID19 Notice: Advanced wound care is essential – not elective – to protect the health of patients and prevent an escalation of their disease. Regular wound care can significantly reduce the need for emergency room visits or hospitalization. We are taking every precaution to protect patients and staff.
