Faith Community Health System’s Charitable Foundation is a nonprofit organization dedicated to developing, managing, and distributing gifts to support Faith Community Hospital in providing excellent healthcare for the Jack County Region and surrounding areas.

Made up of volunteers, the FCHS Charitable Foundation has played a crucial role in helping the health system realize several major projects, such as the Swan Family Wellness Center. While its primary focus is on supporting local healthcare, the Foundation is also known for backing other community initiatives. Through volunteer efforts, financial contributions, and in-kind donations, the Faith Community Charitable Foundation has helped fund various functions across the health system.
