How physical therapy at FCHS can benefit you:

We understand that if you’ve had surgery or are experiencing pain from an injury, your daily activities might be limited. Our physical and occupational therapy programs are tailored specifically to each patient. This ensures you receive the precise support you need to return to everyday activities like bathing, grooming, and dressing.

We will even help you return to work, exercise, and your favorite activities—including sports! Additionally, individuals will receive education and home programs to promote successful results.

Types of services provided include, but are not limited to:

  • Orthopedic – Total joint replacement, fractures, sprains/strains
  • Neurological – Stroke, balance disorders
  • Work-Related – Back/neck injury, hand trauma, carpal tunnel syndrome
  • General Illness – COPD, CHF, arthritis, general surgery

The care you need, close to home.

All outpatient physical therapy services are provided under the supervision of a licensed therapist. A prescription is required to receive rehabilitation services. Talk to your primary care doctor sooner rather than later and get back to the life you love!
