The FCHS Social Services Department consists of social workers who understand how illness and related challenges affect patients and their loved ones.

Our caring professionals assist people in solving problems, building their coping skills, and healing from difficult experiences. We also help patients communicate effectively with their healthcare teams and access local resources.
